i Just modified the Rick Stobe Timer from 5 min to 1 Minute

now problem was delay was 6Min changed it to 5Min.

for the fast foxes i chagned the internal clock timer from 128 to 64

and chaged timing to 2Min du the fact the timer runs double speed

normal time is done

Spectator runs on 64 internal timer and changed MO to S

mostly done in Hex Code for the 16F54/84
